　　今天，我们庆祝农历日历中一个重要时刻——惊蛰，也被称为春雷唤醒。

　　九九艳阳天，春雷响、万物长。

　　Ninety-nine days of glorious sunshine, with the spring thunder, all things grow.

　　这个节气通常在3月5日或6日，标志着寒冷冬天的结束和春暖的到来，大自然开始从冬眠中苏醒。

　　This solar term, which typically falls on March 5th or 6th, heralds the end of the cold winter and the arrival of spring warmth, as nature begins to stir from its winter slumber.

　　人们认为，在惊蛰期间，气温的升高会唤醒冬眠中的昆虫，雷雨则被说可以唤醒地里的蚯蚓。

　　It is believed that during Jingzhe, the increase in temperature wakes the hibernating insects, and thunderstorms are said to awaken the earthworms.

　　历史上，惊蛰也与各种习俗和传统活动相关联。

　　Historically, Jingzhe is also associated with various customs and traditions.

　　吃梨、扫虫、敲梁震房，驱逐害虫

　　Eating pears, sweeping for insects, knocking on the beams to shake the house, all to drive away pests.

　　试犁、下菜种，准备春耕

　　Testing the plow and planting vegetable seeds, readying for spring plowing.

　　因此，这是一个农民为即将到来的农耕季节准备田地的时期，反映了自然周期和农业实践之间深刻的联系。
