乳山大花生，山东省威海市乳山市特产，全国农产品地理标志。乳山属暖温带东亚季风型大陆性气候，具有气候温和、温差较小、雨水丰沛、光照充足、无霜期长的特点，适宜种植花生。乳山大花生具有出米率高，荚果大，籽仁椭圆饱满，生食香中带甜，口感尤佳的特点。乳山市现有7家花生加工企业，年加工能力6万吨，出口量近2万吨，远销日本、韩国、欧美等国家和地区。在龙头企业的带动下，乳山市的绿色花生及有机花生的种植面积迅速扩大。花生基地的建立，也为全市的花生出口奠定了良好基础。
