On the arrival of March 8th, the Women's Day, Shangcheng Community, Tianfu Sub-district Office, Wendeng District, Weihai City, organized community residents to carry out the Women's paper cutting to promote environmental protection. In the activity, with the guidance of the paper-cutting master, the participants cut out the words "Fu" which means blessing, "Jie" cleanness and "Jian" simplicity, and pasted them on the eco-friendly cloth bags. Through this form, the traditional excellent paper-cut art and the concept of environmental protection are organically integrated. It not only makes the community residents feel the charm of traditional culture but also gives the traditional folk paper-cut art the connotation of new times.
