旸谷是一个古地名，被古人认为是太阳出来之处，有“日出旸谷天下明”之说。威海市文登区界石镇的旸里村，以前就叫旸谷，那里有一座旸谷山。传说，4000多年前，尧帝曾派羲仲去过文登区界石镇的旸谷山测定春分的时间，为四季的确定和二十四节气的最终形成奠定了基础。

　　Changgu is an ancient place name believed by the ancients to be the place where the sun rises. Changli Village in Jieshi Town, Wendeng District, Weihai City used to be called Yanggu, where there is a Yanggu Mountain. Legend has it that over 4000 years ago, Xizhong went to Yanggu Mountain in Jieshi Town, Wendeng District to measure the time of the spring equinox, laying the foundation for the determination of the four seasons and the final formation of the twenty-four solar terms.
