钩织，是乳山民间一种传统手工技艺，又称“钩花”，2016年被山东省人民政府批准公布为第四批省级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录。

　　Crochet, a traditional folk handicraft in Rushan, also known as “knitting”, was approved and published by the Shandong Provincial People's Government as the fourth batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage representative projects in 2016.

　　乳山钩织产品具有“弹、密、柔、活”的艺术风格，从头到尾仅有一支钩针与一根线，可钩出许多自由型、花型、圆型、立体织物等。乳山钩织产品图案丰富美观，色调高雅大方，极具中国传统民族风格，深受国内外客户的喜爱和认可。

　　Rushan crochet products have the artistic style of “elastic, dense, soft and flexible”, with only one crochet needle and one thread from beginning to the end, which can hook many free-form, flower type, round typeand three-dimensional fabrics. Rushan crochet products have rich and beautiful patterns, elegant and generous tones, and traditional Chinese national style, which are deeply loved and recognized by customers at home and abroad.

　　作为“山东手造”的乳山钩织看似简简单单，里面蕴藏的却是华夏五千年的文化积淀，是历史上诸多乳山织匠的智慧结晶。历经百年，一代又一代的乳山人赋予了钩织不同的时代内涵，新理念、新织法、新产品，让乳山钩织绽放出璀璨的非遗时代之光。

　　Rushan crochet, which is “made in Shandong Province”, seems simple, seems simple, but it contains five thousand years of Chinese cultural accumulation, which is the wisdom crystallization of many Rushan weavers in history. After hundred years, generation after generation of Rushan people have endowed crochet with different connotations of the times, new concepts, new weaving methods and new products, so that Rushan crochet blossoms a brilliant light of the intangible cultural heritage era.
